High pressure medium speed grinding machine referred to as high pressure grinding machine. Working principle
In the high pressure and medium speed grinding machine, the grinding roller hanger is tightened with the high pressure spring of 1000-1500 kg pressure. After starting to work, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls closely to the grinding ring under the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force. The rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond mill under the same dynamic condition, so the output is greatly improved. When the ground material enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the spatula and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for grinding. The powder after grinding is brought into the analytical machine with the circulating air of the plower. the qualfed fong nowder flows into the cyclone powder collector with the air and is the finished product. The drculaing air retums to the blower and repeals the above aoppess and the residual air enters the pulse dust collector for punification. When the grinding roller and the grinding ning reach a certain wear, the high pressure spring length is adjusted to keep the constant grinding pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, so as to ensure the stable yield and nineness.
